I thought everyone was very nice who I came in contact with at ADAC. I was assigned 1 person for an intake, then transferred to another counselor. I had to cancel an appointment, however, I did not appreciate her telling my Dr "I have to move her to group, I'm too busy for cancellations". This was after I told her I specifically I did not want to attend group for personal reasons. This is the opposite of what she told me; "I will advocate for you so you won't be required to attend group". I asked if she had openings, and you guessed it- 2 openings on just 1 day! I didn't even bother to ask about the other days in the week. I moved to another facility all together.
Great group of people. Jess is awesome 😊
